Bright sunroom with windows on three sides

Less glare

Screens and TVs are easier to see with the sun on the glass, and you keep the daylight and the view.

Less fading

Blocking UV helps floors, furniture and curtains keep their color for longer.

Bedroom with large windows looking out over the water

More privacy

Privacy film keeps rooms private without heavy blinds, while the daylight still comes in.

How it works

How home window tinting works

Window film is a thin layer fitted to the inside of the glass. It keeps out heat and UV and cuts glare while you still see out.

We look at the rooms that bother you most, show you the film samples, and fit the film so it sits flat to the edges of every pane. Most homes are done in a day.

  • The windows and doors you choose
  • Patio doors and glass doors too
  • A light film that is hard to notice, or a darker one for privacy
  • Every pane cleaned, then the film cut to fit
  • Film samples to see first
  • The simple care steps when we finish
  • Lifetime film warranty

Films

Which film is right for your home?

We help you choose by the room: heat control for the sunny rooms, a light shade where you want the view, privacy film for bathrooms and street-facing windows. You see the samples before you decide.

Heat control film

Cooler sunny rooms

Keeps a lot of heat out of the rooms that face the sun, while the daylight still comes in.

  • Less glare on screens and TVs
  • Blocks the UV that fades floors and fabrics
  • You keep the view
  • Daylight still comes in

Privacy film

Privacy for bathrooms and bedrooms

For bathrooms, bedrooms and street-facing windows: the room stays private and the light still comes in.

  • No heavy blinds needed
  • Daylight still comes in
  • Cut to fit each pane

Your price

What decides the price

We give you a price before we start. These are the things that change it.

  • How many windows

One sunny room or the whole house, and how big each window is.

  • The size of the glass

Big patio doors and picture windows take more film and more time.

  • The film

Heat control, glare or privacy film, and the shade you choose.

  • Getting to the glass

Upstairs and hard-to-reach windows take a little longer.

Questions

Home window tinting questions

Can I still see out of tinted windows?

Yes. You still see out clearly in the day. Lighter films are hard to notice at all.

Does window film help with heat?

Yes. It keeps a lot of heat out of the rooms that face the sun, so they stay more comfortable.

Will it stop my floors and furniture fading?

Film blocks most of the UV that fades floors and fabrics, so it slows fading a lot.

How long does it take?

It depends on how many windows there are and how big they are. We tell you how long when we quote.

Can you do privacy film for a bathroom?

Yes. Privacy film keeps the room private while the daylight still comes in.

How do I clean the windows after?

Leave them about a week, then use a soft cloth and a cleaner without ammonia.

Do you come to my home?

Yes. Home window film is fitted at your home, on the inside of the glass.

Which rooms should I start with?

The rooms that face the afternoon sun, where heat and glare bother you most. We look at them with you when we quote.

Can you tint a patio door?

Yes. Patio doors and big picture windows are often the hottest glass in the house, and film on them makes the room beside them more comfortable.

Does home window film have a warranty?

Yes. The film carries a lifetime warranty that covers cracking, bubbling, delamination and fading.
